Butcher on Edwinstowe High Street run by David, who has been at the block more than thirty-five years, with his wife Kate and their son Tom, a trained chef. Meat is bought from farms within about fifteen miles of the shop. Sausages, burgers and pies are made on the premises daily, and artisan bread is sold at weekends alongside the meat and deli counter.
