Iechyd Da is a family-run delicatessen at Station Approach in Betws-y-Coed, within the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, stocking Welsh and international produce for picnics, hampers and home cooking. Shelves carry Halen Mon sea salt from Anglesey, Snowdonia Cheese Company truckles, Welsh Lady preserves and locally made chutneys and sauces alongside continental cheeses, cured meats, coffee and tea. The shop makes up custom hampers and posts orders by mail, but trades from this single village shop only, with no other branches. It opens daily, with longer summer hours than winter, serving both walkers heading into the Gwydyr Forest and regular local customers doing their weekly shop.
