Jensen's Gin(Bermondsey Distillery)

Bermondsey Distillery, trading as Jensen's Gin, occupies a railway arch on Stanworth Street where founder Christian Jensen has distilled small-batch London Dry and Old Tom gins since the site was commissioned in 2012. Jensen based his recipes on historic pre-war gin styles after being given an old bottle while living in Tokyo. The distillery runs tours by appointment and opens a bottle shop and tasting counter at weekends.
