Kettlesmith Walcot Bar& Shop

Kettlesmith Brewing was founded in 2016 by Antony and Caroline Field, who moved to Bradford-on-Avon and set up their brewery at Treenwood Industrial Estate, ten miles from where the couple grew up in Corsham. Antony, a Certified Cicerone, first started brewing as a student with kit beer from Boots before training formally at UC Davis and Chicago's Siebel Institute. The Walcot Bar & Shop at 13 London Street is the brewery's Bath outpost, pouring the core range and seasonal beers on tap alongside cider and wine. Fridges stock take-home bottles and cans, and the counter offers refillable two-litre growlers. All of Kettlesmith's beers are suitable for vegans. The bar keeps evening and weekend hours only, opening from Wednesday through Saturday.
