Mange Tout opened on Trafalgar Street in 2009 and has been run since 2019 by Greg, who joined as head chef in 2012 before taking over the business. The kitchen serves a French-leaning menu built around moules, steak frites and a baked tartiflette, with the dinner blackboard rewritten weekly depending on what is good that week. Brunch runs every day, a habit from the cafe years that customers never let the owners drop. The wine list favours small, natural producers over mainstream labels, and the coffee is roasted locally rather than bought in bulk. The dining room is narrow and close-packed, in keeping with its North Laine terrace, and dogs are welcome underfoot. Dinner service runs Thursday to Saturday only, a deliberate choice that lets the kitchen focus on fewer covers done properly rather than filling the week with routine service.
