A cafe on Llanberis high street opened by Peter Norton in 1978 and long known as the climbers' canteen for Snowdonia's mountaineering community. Refurbished in 2002 and again before reopening in November 2025, it now serves brunch, burgers and seasonal Welsh dishes alongside its traditional oversized mugs of tea.
