Pillars Brewery is a lager-focused brewery and taproom on the Ravenswood Industrial Estate in Walthamstow, founded in 2016 by Gavin Litton together with brothers Omar, Eamonn and Samie Razaq, after early experiments in a home brew shed grew out of a shared interest in lager dating back to when Gavin and Omar met at university. The brewery uses a Bavarian-style brewhouse to produce a core range including a pilsner and a helles, sold on site and through independent bottle shops and pubs elsewhere in London. The taproom sits directly among the fermentation tanks, with a bar serving the brewery's own beers plus rotating guest taps, and hosts occasional street-food traders and live music on selected dates. It is one of several small brewers clustered around Walthamstow's Ravenswood and Blackhorse Lane industrial estates. Run by the founding family and friends rather than a larger drinks group, Pillars remains based at this single Walthamstow site, with the taproom open Friday to Sunday only.
