Founded in 2017 by Craig and Noru Innes, this small distillery beside Loch Leven converted a former A-frame barn into a working still room producing hand-filled, hand-labelled gin and rum in small batches. A gin and rum school lets visitors pick botanicals, build their own recipe, then bottle and wax-seal it to take home.
