Ripley Nurseries & Farm Shop trades from the same site on the old Portsmouth Road coaching route through Ripley, run under the name A. Luff & Sons since 1895 and now in its fifth generation of family ownership. The garden centre side sells indoor and outdoor plants, seasonal bedding, garden buildings, sheds and outdoor decor, with staff on hand for planting advice. Attached to it, the farm shop sells fruit, vegetables and other fresh produce, along with a flower stall for cut and seasonal blooms. The site sits about two miles from RHS Garden Wisley on the road between Cobham and Guildford, drawing custom from gardeners and cooks travelling between the two. As well as the physical shop, the business runs a delivery webshop for online orders. More than a century under one family's ownership sets it apart from the corporate garden centre groups operating elsewhere in Surrey.
