The Lincoln Distillery began in the owners' family kitchen before growing into a small commercial operation based at Ferry Hill Farm in Fiskerton, on the edge of Lincoln. Established in 2017, it was the city's first commercial distillery since 1863 and remains independently owned and run from this single site. Its core product is Lincoln Dry Gin, produced in several variants including a cask-aged version, a navy-strength bottling and a pink hibiscus and elderberry infusion, alongside a small range of liqueurs. Visitors can call in to the on-site shop, which has disabled access, toilets and space for groups, and dogs are welcome. Tastings and bottle sales are the main draw for visitors, alongside occasional distillery tours. Opening times are best checked directly before visiting.
