The Organic and Biodynamic Wine Centre, also signed as An t-Ionad Fiona, occupies 12-14 High Street in Draperstown and trades as Absolute Organic Wine. It is a specialist merchant dealing only in certified organic and biodynamic wines, many of them vegan, alongside a small range of organic chocolate and gifts, sourced largely from small European growers. The shop doubles as a place to practise Irish, with staff and signage using the language on site. Opening hours are limited: afternoons from 1pm Tuesday to Friday, and Saturday mornings 10am to 1pm, with mail order available through the website for customers across the UK and Ireland. It is an independent, owner-run business rather than a branch of any larger group, and one of the few dedicated organic wine specialists in this part of Northern Ireland.
