Sperrin Bakery

Sperrin Bakery is a family-run bakery based in Draperstown, on the edge of the Sperrin Mountains, producing bread, morning goods, pastries and celebration cakes. Baking is carried out at its unit on the Tobermore Road, with a retail shop on the town's High Street selling the day's bread, traybakes, buns and made-to-order cakes for weddings, birthdays and communions. The bakery works to a traditional wholesale and retail model, supplying local shops and cafes as well as walk-in customers, and takes online cake orders through its website. It has grown from a small operation into a recognised local name while remaining under family ownership and confined to Draperstown, rather than expanding into a multi-town chain.
