The Riverside occupies a former coaching inn on Stirling Road, previously known as the Stirling Arms, a short walk from Dunblane Cathedral. The pub sits above the Allan Water, and its terrace looks directly over the river, a popular spot on quieter afternoons. Inside, the bar keeps two or three handpumps turning, usually devoted to cask ales from Scottish breweries, alongside a full spirits and wine list. The kitchen runs an all-day menu spanning Scottish breakfasts, scallops, pub classics and puddings such as sticky toffee, with vegetarian and vegan options clearly marked. Coffee service runs through the morning, making it as much a daytime stop as an evening one. Doors open from 10am daily, staying later on Fridays and Saturdays.
