Tŷ Caws

Tŷ Caws is a cheese shop and tasting bar in Cardiff's Castle Arcade, founded in 2020 by Owen Davies after eighteen years working as a cheese buyer, including judging at the World Cheese Awards. The shop stocks British cheeses such as Cornish Kern, Bath Blue and Gorwydd Caerphilly, sourced directly from farmers and cheesemakers and rotated through the year with the seasons. A tasting bar at the back of the shop serves cheese and charcuterie boards alongside wine, and the business also runs a stall at Cardiff's Riverside, Roath and Rhiwbina farmers' markets. Online orders can be collected at any of the markets or delivered across the UK mainland.
