William's Food Hall is a fishmonger, delicatessen, and seafood restaurant on Fountain Street in Nailsworth, founded by William Beeston in 1975. The fish counter takes daily deliveries of MSC-certified seafood from Scottish and South West waters, while the adjoining delicatessen sells chef-prepared meals, cheeses, charcuterie, and terrines alongside imported French, Italian, and Spanish specialities. A 64-cover restaurant at the rear serves seafood dishes on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the business caters for private functions and events. William's has been named among food writer Matthew Fort's five favourite places to shop and featured in Rick Stein's Food Heroes. The retail counter and deli open Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, with the restaurant serving from 6pm to 11pm on Friday and Saturday evenings.
