Willowbrook Kitchens

Willowbrook Kitchens builds fitted kitchens, bedrooms, home offices and furniture by hand at a workshop unit on the Barnwell Workshops site outside Oundle. Paul Davanna, a carpenter by trade, has worked in kitchen-making since the 1980s; he and Mandy Davanna incorporated the current company, Willowbrook Kitchens Limited, in 2014, and both remain its directors. Every piece is designed and built to order at the Barnwell unit rather than assembled from stock components, covering everything from utility rooms to fitted wardrobes. The business describes itself as family run, and works directly with customers across Peterborough and the surrounding Northamptonshire villages on bespoke commissions. Consultations and workshop viewings are arranged by appointment rather than passing trade, reflecting the made-to-order nature of the work. The Barnwell Workshops site, on the edge of Barnwell village between Oundle and Thrapston, also houses several other small trade businesses.
