Bed and breakfast in a farmhouse dating from the early 16th century, on the outskirts of Badingham between Framlingham and Woodbridge. Each of the individually styled en-suite rooms has tea and coffee facilities, and a full English breakfast using local bacon and sausages is served in a dining room overlooking the lakes.
