A small-batch gin distillery working from converted farm buildings at Landermere, on the tidal creeks between Thorpe-le-Soken and Walton-on-the-Naze. The still produces a core range of East Coast gins using foraged and locally grown botanicals, with tours and tastings run on Saturday mornings by appointment. The site sits close to the Walton Backwaters, one of the less developed stretches of the Essex estuary coastline.
