Wibblers brews from a medieval barn on Goldsands Road in Southminster, on the Dengie peninsula close to Burnham-on-Crouch, where it has operated since 1991. The 20-barrel plant turns out cask ales, craft lagers, and ciders, including Dengie Gold and Dengie Red, sold through an on-site shop alongside a taproom and kitchen. Dengie Cider took CAMRA's East of England Gold for Cider of the Year in 2019, and the stout Crafty Stoat was named Champion Stout of Great Britain in 2015 and again the following year. The taproom opens Thursday to Sunday, from midday until 8pm on Thursdays, 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 6pm on Sundays, with food served from the same kitchen.
