Dash

Dash runs two grab-and-go coffee counters in Leigh-on-Sea, on Broadway West and Leigh Road, opened by Sid and Cristina after they stepped back from a franchise deal to build something of their own instead. The pair describe the business as local and independent, pouring specialty-grade coffee alongside gelato and pastries. A separate space, Dash Coffee Lab, runs barista training, latte art sessions and coffee roasting courses for the public. Dash also organises the Dash Dog Club and a weekly running group, The Chalkwell Club, plus occasional coffee mornings in a local school car park.
