Fortitude Bakehouse

Fortitude Bakehouse opened on Colonnade in Bloomsbury in 2018, founded by baker Dee Rettali and Jorge Fernandez a short walk from Russell Square station. The bakery combines traditional fermentation methods with a modern approach, producing sourdough loaves, pastries and a batch of beignets each morning that are typically sold out well before closing.
