Laura Hart sold bread from a bicycle before taking Arch 35 under Temple Meads station, and the bakery has filled its Victorian railway arch — sourdough, handmade pastries, seasonal cakes and savouries — for over a decade since, pausing only for a year-long rebuild before reopening in its renovated home under the platforms. Coffee and counter seats put commuters and everyone else at the same tables, and the ovens work in full view. Tuesday to Saturday, seven until three: baker's hours, honestly kept.
