Rare Butchersof Southville

Rare Butchers of Southville is a butcher's shop at 250 North Street, run by Chris Cierpik since 2010 after more than a decade supplying meat to restaurants and an earlier shop in Portishead. The shop buys free-range meat from farms across the South West and hangs and butchers it on the premises using traditional methods. It has been named best local butcher at the Bristol Good Food Awards for three years running.
