Hillstown Farm Shop sits on a working farm on Glebe Road outside Randalstown, run by the fifth generation of the Logan family, who have farmed the land for more than a century. The shop opened in 2012 selling home-produced Aberdeen Angus and Shorthorn beef, dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days, alongside rare-breed pork, free-range eggs and chicken. Its sausages and bacon have been judged the best in Northern Ireland in national pork-product competitions for five consecutive years. Beyond the farm's own meat, the shop stocks bread, butter, cheese, apple juice and preserves from other local suppliers. EJ's Country Kitchen, a café attached to the shop, serves breakfast and lunch using produce from the farm. An online shop now ships meat boxes across the UK and Ireland. The business remains a single working farm site rather than a chain, with meat production, retail and café under one family's ownership.
