Inver Restaurant

Inver stands alone on the shore of Loch Fyne outside Strachur, built around an open fire pit in the dining room and focused on foraged and locally landed ingredients, particularly seafood from the loch. The restaurant has operated for around a decade and offers overnight stays in a small bothy for diners who want to remain on site. It applies Nordic-influenced cooking methods to Scottish produce.
