Small kitchen-knife workshop on the bank of the River Don overlooking Kelham Island, where makers Mike and Caroline cut and finish each blade from Japanese AUS-10 steel by hand. Handles are turned in-house from beech, rosewood or walnut, continuing the district's cutlery tradition on a much smaller scale than the historic factories nearby.
