Kirkton Inn

The Kirkton Inn is a coaching inn on the Main Street of Dalrymple that has operated as a pub for more than a century, and came under new local ownership in November 2018. It serves pub food and cask ale in a bar built around an open fire, and lets a small number of rooms and self-catering accommodation in and around the building. The village sits on the River Doon a short drive south of Ayr, and the inn functions as its main social hub.
