Lowland Brewing

Lowland Brewing has run a five-barrel micro-brewery from converted premises on Well Street in Lockerbie since 2018. The brewery produces three regular cask beers, with vegan and gluten-free options among them, and supplies pubs directly across Dumfries and Galloway, the Scottish Borders and north Cumbria rather than selling through a national distributor. It does not currently offer public tours or a taproom, operating instead as a production brewery supplying the on-trade. The business remains a small independent operation rather than part of a larger brewing group, distinguishing its beer from the tied-house ranges found in some regional pubs.
