MAKE Bristol

MAKE Bristol is a ceramics studio on East Street in Bedminster offering wheel-throwing tasters alongside six and twelve week courses covering slab building, coiling and press moulding. Resident potters run the studio and sell work made on site, alongside a programme of clay-making events booked for birthdays, hen parties and team-building sessions. Classes run term-time only, Monday to Friday mornings into early afternoon and Saturday mornings into mid-afternoon, closed Sundays. The studio is registered as MAKE Bristol Ltd and operates from a single Bedminster address rather than a chain of branches, keeping kiln firing and class scheduling under one roof. Beginners and returning students share bench space, with seasonal workshops added outside the core course timetable for a lower-commitment way to try the wheel.
