Mr EionCoffee Roaster

Mr Eion has roasted coffee on Dean Park Street in Stockbridge since 2013. The shop sources green beans through D.R. Wakefield, a B-Corp importer, then roasts them in small batches for sale as whole bean or ground coffee alongside brewing equipment and tea. Regular offerings include a house Stockbridge Blend and a single-origin Old Brown Java. The Dean Park Street site functions as roastery and retail counter rather than a sit-down cafe, open Tuesday to Friday mornings and Saturday. Mr Eion also supplies wholesale accounts and runs a second site in Trinity.
