Dalmore Lodge Guest House is a Victorian terraced villa on Downie Terrace in Corstorphine, directly opposite the entrance to Edinburgh Zoo. It has been run for some eighteen years by owners Iain and Dot as a small, independent bed and breakfast with en suite rooms, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi throughout. Check-in is self-service, with guests sent a private keysafe code ahead of arrival and access available between 2pm and 10pm. The house sits on a main bus route with links to the city centre and Edinburgh Airport, and limited off-street parking is available at the rear on Downie Grove, with further public parking nearby. It is a single-property guest house rather than part of a hotel group, aimed mainly at visitors to the zoo, Murrayfield Stadium and the western side of the city.
