A co-operative bookshop on Portswood Road founded in 1977, owned and run by its staff, members and customers rather than a private proprietor. Alongside new books with a strength in social issues, fiction and children's titles, the shop stocks fair-trade and organic food, having moved into its current former-bank premises in 2018 after a community fundraising campaign.
