Owen Caldwell runs the Old Bridge Inn through Bigface Limited, a company registered at the pub's own address on Dalfaber Road since 2009, with no tie to any single brewery or pub company. The building began life as a riverside cottage before its conversion into a pub in 1982, and it now sits on the banks of the Spey with a bunkhouse next door for walkers and cyclists. Four hand pumps rotate beers from Cairngorm, Windswept, Williams Brothers and Fyne Ales, alongside Thistly Cross cider, changing often enough that regulars check before ordering their usual. The kitchen keeps food miles down by sourcing locally, and live music plays twice a week. Dogs are welcome throughout, including in the covered garden used year-round.
