Olive &Green

Olive & Green is a greengrocer, delicatessen and gift shop on Briggate in Silsden, opened in 2024 by Nicola Wheeler, a trained chef who previously ran sandwich bars and delis in Leeds. The shop sells fresh fruit and vegetables alongside deli goods, and a gift section carries crochet accessories among other pieces, some supplied by the owner's mother, Barbara Hetherington. It filled a greengrocery gap on the street and trades to the town rather than to passing tourists. Opening hours run Tuesday to Friday and Saturday mornings, with the shop closed Sundays and Mondays. Registered as Olive & Green Limited, it is independently owned and operates from this single Silsden premises. As a recently opened business, its range and reputation are still settling in.
