Tash runs Plum Camping on May Tree Orchard outside Goudhurst, a working plot of apple and plum trees that doubles as a small campsite through the summer season. Guests can pitch a tent, book the solar-powered, king-size shepherd's hut, or stay in a vintage Eriba caravan with its original canvas awning, with numbers capped at thirty people to keep the field from feeling crowded. Composting toilets and solar-heated outdoor showers keep the site low-impact, and the orchard sells its own plums, apple juice, chutney and jam alongside the pitches.
