A 50-acre working farm and visitor centre on the old Great North Road at Thornhaugh, run since 1964 by the William Scott Abbott Trust. The site includes a restored 18th-century watermill, farm animals, and a small courtyard of independent artisan units. It is open daily from 9am to 4.30pm.
