Steel BrewCo

The brewery taproom in the Grade I listed Mills Bakery at Royal William Yard has run under its current owners, Jacob Corlett and Neil Carroll, since they took it over and reopened it in May 2023. Up to four of their own kegs pour alongside a couple of guest casks, with local wines and spirits behind the bar, a resident barbecue pop-up handling the food, and live music threading through the Yard's festival calendar — a shark-themed July among it in 2026. Snacks only from the bar itself.
