StirrUps began as a converted Rice Beaufort horsebox, refitted as a mobile cocktail bar for private events before the business pivoted during lockdown into a cocktail delivery service. It has since grown into a full restaurant and bar on Evesham's Market Place, serving an all-day menu of burgers, brunch and bar food alongside cocktails made from the original bar equipment. The beef comes from farmer Clifford Freeman's Gloucester cattle, a supply line kept from the business's early days. The room still carries a bar's character rather than a formal dining one, with a dartboard, karaoke and live music alongside table service. It operates as a single independent restaurant and bar rather than part of any group.
