The counter turns over traybakes, viennoiserie and dog treats alongside coffee, and the kitchen also takes corporate and celebration orders. Everything is made without wheat or gluten-containing ingredients, giving coeliac and gluten-sensitive customers a full bakery menu rather than a single allergen-free shelf.
