Family-run cheese dairy at Knowle Farm, Upton Cross, near Liskeard, making cheese by hand since 2001. Produces Cornish Blue, Cornish Yarg, cheddar, brie and a camembert-style cheese named Dozmary, all matured and sold from the on-site farm shop, open seven days a week.
