The Little Taproomon Aigburth Road

Si and Aggy opened The Little Taproom in a small terraced shopfront on Aigburth Road in March 2020, filling a front room with five handpumps and a back room for overflow seating. The pub pours from cask, keg, can and bottle, with four rotating beers sourced only from small independent breweries alongside a cider and a growing range of spirits, including some distilled on site. There is no jukebox, television or fruit machine; regulars play board games or read from an in-house bookshop instead. The bus stop for the 82 service sits directly outside, and the pub is dog-friendly, though the single step at the entrance and the toilet beyond limit wheelchair access.
