The ShipInn Blaxhall

The Ship is a Grade II listed free house on School Road, run by husband-and-wife team Darren and Carly Given. Exposed beams and open fires furnish the bar, where a rotating selection of real ales and ciders is served alongside home-cooked pub food, including a Friday fish and chips night. A beer garden, folk music sessions and quiz nights draw regulars from the surrounding Sandlings villages, and rooms are available for overnight stays.
