A freehouse pub on Smithfield Square in Dolgellau, occupying a Grade II listed building dating to around 1700. Four handpumps rotate local and regional cask ales alongside a real cider, there's an open fire for winter, and a covered outdoor area extends the pub's traditional bar into the square outside.
