The counter sells Longhorn and Red Poll beef, Blythburgh free-range pork and salt marsh lamb, alongside poultry and game from named suppliers listed on the shop's price boards. Staff cut meat to order rather than pre-packing it, and the shop delivers locally on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays for orders over £40. It opens Tuesday to Saturday, from 8am to 5.30pm, and closes on Sundays and Mondays.
