Alfie's CoffeeCompany

Paul Cammack started out in 2019 with Alfie's Coffee Bus, a mobile van serving office blocks across Carmarthenshire, before switching to roasting when the pandemic ended his round. Alfie's Coffee Company now roasts in small batches from a unit off Heol Rhosybonwen near Cross Hands, adjusting each profile by hand rather than chasing volume. The approach won a gold star at the Great Taste Awards, and Cammack still runs the roaster himself, supplying cafes and shops across West Wales alongside online orders of whole beans and ground coffee. There is no seating on site; this is a working roastery rather than a café, built around wholesale accounts and home delivery. Cammack remains the sole owner, and the business has stayed single-site since its founding, resisting expansion beyond the original unit.
