Anglesey Fine Foods trades from the Old Courthouse on Station Road in Valley, a building it has occupied since Adam and Joanne Parrott took over the shop and renamed it in May 2017. Adam grew up on an arable and livestock farm in Staffordshire before moving into butchery on Anglesey; the shop hand-cuts PGI Welsh lamb and beef alongside heritage pork and poultry, dry-ageing some cuts in an on-site Himalayan salt chamber. In 2024 its dry-aged shoulder of Anglesey fat-tail lamb won a 3-star Great Taste Award. Beyond the meat counter, the shop stocks a deli case of pies, cooked meats, artisan cheese and charcuterie, plus fine wine, whisky, Havana cigars, craft beer and cider from local producers, and a range of professional knives and cookware. It supplies hotels and restaurants across the island as well as walk-in customers. The shop opens Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm.
