Bennett's Butchers has traded from the same shopfront on Dunblane's High Street since 1901, making it one of the town's longest-running family businesses. Known locally as David Bennett & Son, the shop built its reputation on steak pies and other savoury pastries made on the premises, alongside sausages, black pudding and free-range chicken from the counter. The range covers everyday cuts as well as items ordered ahead for Sunday roasts and celebrations, with staff able to advise on cooking times and joints. Positioned opposite Dunblane Cathedral, the shop remains a single-site, family-run butcher rather than part of any wider chain.
