Bentley Brook Brewing Co. has brewed small-batch beer in the Lumsdale Valley outside Matlock since 2018, from lagers through to stouts. Its dog-friendly taproom, set beside the brook the business is named after, is open five days a week and hosts occasional food-truck pop-ups and foraging walks alongside cask and bottled sales.
