Wine-focused neighbourhood restaurant opened on Columbia Road in late 2010 by chef-restaurateur Ed Wilson, built around French and Italian technique with particular attention to charcuterie and offal. The dining room faces the Sunday flower market and the short menu changes daily according to what small producers have supplied, served alongside an extensive natural wine list.
