Beigel Bake

Twenty-four-hour bakery on Brick Lane founded in 1974 by the Cohen family, still boiling and baking bagels around the clock from the same shopfront a few doors from the older Beigel Shop. The counter serves salt beef, cream cheese and smoked salmon fillings in traditional beigels, with a steady queue at the hatch through the day and into the night.
